A Syrian man has exploded a bomb outside a music festival in the German city of Ansbach, killing himself and injuring twelve other people. It's the third violent attack in Bavaria in a week. Film footage has emerged in Australia showing children in cells at a youth detention centre being tear-gassed by staff. Britain's Prince Harry has said he regrets not talking openly about the death of his mother, Princess Diana.
