The Beilis Case: an Anti-Jewish Trial
In 1913, Mendel Beilis, a Jew from Kiev, was accused of a "ritual murder". The trial became a focus of anti-Semitic rhetoric in imperial Russia and attracted attention around the world. Dina Newman reports.
