Russia's Olympic Future On Hold
IOC meets over doping scandal; Genetically modified mosquitoes; Historical ship Mary Rose
Russia's future in this summer's Olympics is hanging in the balance: an emergency meeting of the International Olympic Committee will decide whether the country should be banned from the Games, following allegations of cheating and doping.
Genetically modified mosquitoes have succeeded in reducing infection rates of dengue fever in the Brazilian city of Piracicaba. These results are being hailed as an important development in the battle against mosquito-borne illness.
After 437 years under water, one of the most famous ships in British History - the Mary Rose - is now open to visitors.
