The chief of the UNHCR, Filippo Grandi, says 10% more people are displaced than this time last year, and half of refugees are children. For the first time the new mayor of Rome is a woman. She is from the anti-establishment Five Star Movement which has caused a setback to the ruling party in local elections. And, the new invention which could mean using your phone to film and record in concerts becomes a thing of the past.
