France is facing further disruption to its transport network as railway workers begin a nationwide strike on Tuesday.
Fabiano Silveira, who was in charge of the ministry tasked with fighting corruption in Brazil, resigns after the publication of an audio recording which appeared to show him trying to derail a corruption investigation at the state oil company.
