A second minister in Brazil's new government has resigned. Iraq's elite special forces have been leading the push to recapture the city of Fallujah from the Islamic State group. The Barcelona and Argentina football star, Lionel Messi, is due to go on trial today in Spain charged with defrauding the state of nearly $5 million in unpaid taxes.
