We're in Nepal on the first anniversary of the devastating earthquake which killed almost 9,000 people. Aid agencies say millions of people are still in makeshift accommodation amid criticism of government bureaucracy hampering reconstruction efforts. We also hear from Germany where President Obama has made a speech accusing Europe of being complacent about its security. And Africa celebrates Papa Wemba, the Congolese singer and band leader who died at the weekend.
