President Obama Continues his Gulf Tour
Barack Obama to attend Gulf Cooperation Council; Claim of inhuman treatment brought by mass murderer, Anders Breivik, is upheld; The Queen - the world's oldest monarch - turns 90.
President Obama will meet leaders of Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates at a summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council, a day after he met King Salman of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh for talks aimed at easing tensions.
Government lawyers are considering an appeal after a court in Norway has upheld a claim of inhuman treatment brought by the mass murderer, Anders Breivik, who killed 77 people in a gun and bomb rampage five years ago.
Queen Elizabeth - the world's oldest monarch - will mark her 90th birthday with events at Windsor near London.
