The Republican presidential hopeful in the United States, Donald Trump, has recanted just hours after saying that women who have a termination should be punished if abortion is re-criminalised. He now says the doctor should be held responsible.
A new report by Amnesty International, has, for the first time linked alleged abuse of migrant labourers in Qatar, to work on a 2022 World Cup football venue.
Bursts of gunfire were heard in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, as the United Nations-backed prime minister arrived in the country in defiance of a blockade.
