The new President of Myanmar, Htin Kyaw, has been sworn in. He is the first elected civilian leader in more than 50 years

Brazil's Democratic Movement Party votes to leave the ruling coalition, increasing the risk that President Dilma Rousseff will face impeachment.

Officials in Libya say that if the West doesn't help them with people arriving there that they will allow them to travel on to Europe.
