Brussel Attacks: Brothers Named as Attackers

Brussels attackers named; UNHCR will not take part in migrant scheme; Controversial Canadian politician, Rob Ford, dies

Belgian media are reporting that the two suicide bombers who attacked Brussels airport on Tuesday were brothers. Police are continuing their hunt for a suspect who fled the carnage at the airport. Belgium is holding three days of mourning for the 34 people who were killed there and in a bomb explosion at a metro station.

The office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees says it will not be part of what it calls mandatory "detention centres" for refugees in Greece. The centres are part of a deal reached by the European Union and Turkey in order to stem the flow of migrants into Europe. Some 50,000 people are now in Greece and more boats are continuing to arrive from Turkey every day.

The controversial former mayor of Toronto, Rob Ford, has died from cancer. He was 46.
