President Obama in Cuba: 'historic opportunity'; President Francois Hollande to meet relatives of Paris attack victims; Serena Williams slams tennis promoter

President Obama has called his visit to Cuba a historic opportunity. It's the first by an American leader for eighty-eight years and Mr Obama has promised to raise the issues of political freedom and human rights in talks with Raul Castro later today.

President Francois Hollande will meet relatives of those killed in the attacks in Paris as France continues to seek the extradition of a suspected organiser of the killings.

The tennis star Serena Williams has slammed a promoter who claimed women's tennis was riding on the coat-tails of the men's game.
