Crucial Migration Summit

EU migration debate; Saudi Arabia in Yemen; Guinea Ebola

It's a key day at the migration summit in Brussels. The EU has agreed on a plan and will present it to the Turkish government. The Secretary General of the OSCE, Lamberto Zannier, tells Newsday there needs to be a "uniform policy" on migration by all countries involved.

The year long Saudi-led coalition campaign fighting Houthi rebels in Yemen is being scaled back. The announcement is like a "light at the end of a tunnel" according to a Yemeni human rights activist.

There are two new confirmed cases of Ebola in Guinea, in the week that Sierra Leone was declared Ebola free.
