EU Turkey migration talks; Saudi campaign in Yemen; Women in Tunisian jails
The EU will present its plan to the Turkish government today to ease the migration crisis. The Secretary General of the OSCE, Lamberto Zannier, tells Newsday there needs to be a "uniform policy" by all countries involved.
