Why Don’t we Talk About our Pay?

How would you feel if your friends, neighbours and colleagues knew exactly how much you earned and what tax you paid? In many countries, it is a criminal offence to reveal someone else's tax affairs. But in some countries everyone's financial records are publicly available for all to see. And, it can have a profound effect on business practice and wider society, as Jonty Bloom discovers, travelling to Norway.
