
US Condemns Bombing in Turkey
The US government has strongly condemned a deadly bombing in Ankara; China will have 'very serious' talks with China's over missiles; 90 Nigerian lawyers to defend one man
The US government has strongly condemned the car bombing in the Turkish capital, Ankara, that killed at least 28 people and wounded more than 60 others. A White House statement said the United States would stand together with Turkey as a Nato ally and a partner in the fight against the so-called Islamic State militant group.
According to the Taiwanese government China has deployed surface-to-air missiles on one of the disputed islands in the South China Sea.
Senior lawyer Ricky Tarfa, has been accused by Nigeria's anti corruption agency of hiding two financial crimes suspects in his car and perverting the course of justice.
