"We've made 39 rule changes to make our game safer"

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell says "the conversation (of concussion) is a positive thing" with the safety of the sport under the spotlight following the release of the film Concussion.
It's based around a true story involving Doctor Bennet Omalu, a Nigerian, who discovered the physical cost of playing American football.
