Republican debate; Pakistan remembers school attack; Ivory Coast child labour

In the US the contenders vying to become the Republican Party's candidate for next year's presidential election have been battling it out in Las Vegas, in the final televised debate of the year.

It's been a year since Taliban gunmen stormed a school in Pakistan and killed more than 150 people. The BBC's Shaimaa Kalil has been back to Peshawar to see how the survivors are coping.

In the Ivory Coast an organisation called "CREER" has opened the region's first centre to help rehabilitate trafficked children. Ibrahima works in Abengourou where he rescues children and brings them to safety.
