Saudis Announce Islamic Anti-terrorism Coalition

In the US the contenders vying to become the Republican Party's candidate for next year's presidential election have been battling it out in Las Vegas, in the last televised debate of the year.

34 countries from Asia, Africa and the Arab world have formed a new Saudi-led military alliance to fight terrorism with African countries making up more than half of the coalition.

In the Ivory Coast an organisation called "CREER" has opened the region's first centre to help rehabilitate trafficked children. Ibrahima works in the small town of Abengourou where he rescues children and brings them to safety.
