Dublin's Property Woes

Ireland, and Dublin in particular, is in the midst of a housing shortage. So how is it that this country which once had too many homes, now has too few? We speak to Ronan Lyons, assistant professor of economics at Dublin's Trinity University about what's gone wrong.
