Negotiators gathering at the UN climate change summit in Paris are expected to secure a deal on limiting greenhouse gas emissions. But a BBC correspondent says the pledges that have submitted will not be enough to meet the generally accepted goal of limiting the rise in global warming to two degrees Celsius.
