Russia: Terrorist Act Caused Egypt Plane Crash

Russian security services say the plane was downed by a bomb. President Putin has vowed to find those responsible and punish them. Police in France have carried out more than 100 raids across the country in search of radical jihadists. And, five miners in Tanzania have been rescued after spending more than 41 days trapped underground.
