Gradel's top tips to recover from an ACL injury

Bournemouth winger Max Gradel is one of at least six English Premier League stars ruled out with anterior ligament knee injuries, but why have there been so many this season? Gradel's returned back home to Ivory Coast in the hope of a comeback in February.
He joins Danny Ings, Joe Gomez, Tim Krul, Callum Wilson and Tyrone Mings on the sidelines.
