No Russian air strikes for Iraq; UN President indicted; Congo Brazzaville unrest
The US military officer say Iraq has given assurances it won't request Russian air strikes against the organisation calling itself Islamic State.
A former president of the United Nations General Assembly and former ambassador from Antigua and Barbuda, John Ashe, has been indicted by a grand jury in the United States for bribery.
There've been disturbances in Brazzaville, the capital of the Republic of Congo after security forces clashed with demonstrators protesting against plans by President Denis Sassou Nguesso to run for a third term in office.
