What Next for Israelis and Palestinians?

Escalation of violence in Israel, Ebola in Sierra Leone, US Democrats Debate.

There have been more than a dozen knife attacks in Israel this month and several killings in an escalation of violence between Israelis and Palestinians. The Israeli Government has ordered parts of East Jerusalem to be sealed off. Analyst Gerso Baskin and Ziad Ali Khalil Abu Zayyad (editor of joint Israeli-Palestinian Journal of Politics, Economics and Culture) discuss the causes.

Over the weekend, a Scottish nurse who contracted Ebola in Sierra Leone last year was readmitted to hospital in London and remains in a serious condition. So how worried are people in Ebola affected West Africa? The BBC's Umaru Fofana tell us more.

The Democratic candidates hoping to win their party's nomination for US president have just completed their first TV debate. The BBC's North America editor Jon Sopel reports.
