The BBC's Shaimaa Khalil is live in Kabul with activist Safia Amri and political analyst Fahad Ashimi to discuss the fallout from the Kunduz airstrike.

Flooding in Malawi earlier this year has led to the worst food crisis in the country for a decade. Newsday speaks to David Orr of the United Nations World Food Programme.

Do we still need to know how to add up, substract and multiply, especially now that we have calculators and computers? British technology entrepreneur Conrad Wolfram says no, and he's joined by Professor of Maths at Oxford University Marcus du Sautoy who thinks it is important.
