Russian air-strikes in Syria, Fifa head faces suspension, Rwanda presidential term
US authorities claim that more than 90% of Russia's military strikes have not targeted IS or al-Quaeda. The head of Fifa (football's world governing body), Sepp Blatter, faces a 90-day provisional suspension. A final decision is due today. Rwanda's Supreme Court is to rule later today on changes that would allow President Paul Kagame to run for third term.
