Turkey Summons Russian Envoy over Airspace Incursions

Turkey has once again summoned Russia's ambassador after a second incursion by a Russian warplane.

Car bombings have killed scores in Iraq. Meanwhile, the militant group calling itself Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a car bomb attack near the southern Iraqi city of Basra, which left 10 people dead. And, Liberi Nantes is - reportedly - the first football team made up of migrants and refugees in Italy.
