Moving memories around the brain, US endorses Afghan troops, doctors in Britain have been given approval to carry out womb transplants using organs from donors who have died.
American scientists say they have moved memories around the brain using an electronic implant, thus avoiding damaged parts of the brain in people who suffer from diseases like Alzheimer's. Ted Berger, a professor in Biomedical and Neuroscience engineering from the University of Southern California, explained it all.
US defence officials say they are confident that the Afghan military can retake the city of Kunduz, which was overrun by Taliban fighters on Monday.
