Do dictators have a specific effect the sort of adults their children become. How much of a role does nature play versus nuture. That's a question Jay Nordlinger has been asking himself. He's the senior editor of the National Review magazine in the US and also the author of the just published book : "Children of Monsters: An Inquiry into the Sons and Daughters of Dictators".
