Tourists killed in Egypt anti-terror op, Germany border controls, world to get hotter

The Egyptian authorities say a dozen people -- including Mexican tourists -- have been accidentally killed by security forces in the country's Western Desert. We go to Cairo for the details, and get the Mexican reaction from BBC Mundo. Also in the programme: we go to Germany, Greece and Lebanon for the latest on the migrant crisis, and speak to the Australian dad who infiltrated a Chinese drug gang.
