A Syrian girl tells the BBC how she managed to reach Vienna from Hungary.

Scientists say they have detected a galaxy that is more than 13 billion years old. It's believed to be the most distant galaxy ever observed from Earth. The galaxy has been named EGS8p7.

Rosemary Kennedy, perhaps the least known of the famous Kennedy family. She died a decade ago, but writer Elizabeth Koehler-Pentacoff has uncovered the disturbing and tragic life of a woman dubbed The Missing Kennedy.
