North Korea Orders Troops on War Footing
Tensions rise with South Korea; Ongoing ethnic conflict in the DRC; Banksy's theme park.
Tensions rise with South Korea after the two sides exchanged fire across their heavily fortified border. 34 people from rival ethnic groups in the Katanga province of the Democratic Republic of Congo are to go on trial. The suspects from the Bantu and Pygmy communities will face charges of crimes against humanity and genocide. And the graffiti artist Banksy is opening a new theme park in the UK called Dismaland.
