Pro-democracy activists Joshua Wong and Alex Chow who lead the umbrella demonstrations in 2015 have been formerly charge with "illegal assembly and inciting others to violence" and told to report to the police. In Canada a university offers a course in "Professional Management of Marijuana for Medical Purposes". And are the arts a better medium for raising climate change awareness?
