The US Flag Raised in Cuba

US embassy reopens; Bailout measures agreed by Greek Parliament; Urine repellent paint.

More than 50 years after it came down, the American flag is to be raised again in the Cuban capital of Havana. Later on Friday, the US Secretary of State, John Kerry, will reopen the American embassy.

A new set of bailout measures for the Greek economy were voted through tonight, as part of Alexis Tsipras' ongoing battle to keep his country in the Eurozone.

San Francisco becomes the latest city to use liquid repellent paint - aimed at spraying urine back over the shoes of people who urinate in public.
