Japan Restarts First Nuclear Reactor Since 2011

Japan has restarted its first nuclear reactor under new safety rules following the 2011 Fukushima disaster; The authorities in Ferguson, in the United States, have declared a state of emergency; Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed a committee to advise him on how best to tackle corruption and reform the legal system.
