Japan has observed a minute's silence to mark the 70th anniversary of the atomic attack on the city of Hiroshima. The first atomic attack in history instantly claimed the lives of 70,000 people, while a similar number later died from radiation exposure. And, we hear from those involved in rescue efforts in the Mediterranean, where a boat carrying some 600 migrants capsized off the coast of Libya.
