
Obama's Clean Power Plan
New US climate change plan, IAAF doping allegations, India floods, Brazil police deaths
President Obama is announcing new far-reaching climate change proposals. Our environment correspondent Matt McGrath tells us what's in the Clean Power Plan. We'll also get the details of an investigation that's found that a third of medals in endurance events at the Olympics and World Championships between 2001 and 2012 were won by athletes who have recorded suspicious tests. Amnesty International says military police in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro have been responsible for more than fifteen-hundred deaths in the last five years. And two American journalists have created a Twitter bot that "corrects" people who tweet the words Illegal Immigrant.
