Usain Bolt's Miracle Worker

German doctor Hans-Wilhelm Mueller-Wohlfahrt has worked with the best, from the Bayern Munich football team to Ronaldo, to Steven Gerrard. Earlier this year, he treated the fastest man in the world Usain Bolt in a bid to get him fit for the Athletics World Championships in Beijing. The Jamaican went on to win gold. So what did he do? Former England all-rounder Alex Tudor, who had a serious knee injury, explains.
