Chimps Endangered by Man-Made Traps

Large numbers of chimps injured or killed, Greek banks shut, PM Cameron on Tunisia.

Chimpanzees are facing a new and terrible threat from snares. New research suggests high numbers of the primates are losing limbs or even being killed by man-made traps in Uganda's Kibale National Park.

Greek banks will be shut today and for the rest of the week as the financial crisis takes a tighter grip. The public are being limited to 60Euro withdrawals per day.
