Greeks Limited to 60 Euro Withdrawals

New limit on Greek cash, Record breaking astronaut talks, Solar plane resumes flight.

The Greek government has confirmed that banks will be closed all this week, following a decision by the European Central Bank not to extend emergency funding. Withdrawals at cash machines will be limited to 60euros.

Astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti talks to Newsday about her life in the International Space Station and explains how she is adapting now she is back on Earth. She spent 199 days and 16 hours in orbit, a record for a woman.

A solar-powered plane that is aiming to circumnavigate the world has taken off on the most ambitious leg of its journey. The Solar Impulse set off from central Japan for a five day journey across the Pacific Ocean to Hawaii.
