Nine Killed in Charleston Church Shooting

Police in the American state of South Carolina say gunman has shot dead nine people at a Methodist Church in Charleston; Finance ministers from the Eurozone are meeting in Luxembourg today to discuss the Greek bailout programme; The United Nations says the number of people forced to flee their homes because of war or persecution is at the highest level ever recorded.
