Fifa Crisis: Russia & Qatar 'May Have Bought Votes'

On Sport Today with Steve Crossman Guido Tognoni a former special advisor to Sepp Blatter talks to BBC Sport on the FIFA crisis and says that Russia and Qatar may have paid bribes to secure the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. Russia and Qatar deny any wrong doing.
