South Korea races to contain MERS
MERS and school closures; Alberto Salazar in doping row and Desperate Housewives Africa
More than 500 schools in South Korea have been closed as part of efforts to contain an outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, or MERS.
One of the world's best known athletics coaches -- Alberto Salazar -- has been accused of violating anti-doping rules, including claims he was involved in doping US record holder Galen Rupp, in 2002. Both men deny the allegations.
And Desperate Housewives Africa, the local adaptation of the award-winning ABC television drama hit series, is being shown in 49 countries on the African continent.
