Former US General calls for rethink of Iraq strategy

Former US General David Petraeus, the man behind the ‘surge’ strategy, says American needs to augment its military and political activities in Iraq. Speaking to the BBC’s Jonathan Marcus he said Sunni Arabs have to be given incentives to support the new Iraq.
