US vice-President Joe Biden has called Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al Abadi and praised what he described as the "sacrifice and bravery" of Iraqi troops. The move comes after US Defense Secretary said Iraq's army lacked the will to fight. But Iran's just jumped into the fray accusing Washington of doing nothing to stop Islamic State.
