US anger at Iraqi troops after Ramadi loss.

After the loss of Ramadi town, last week, US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter has said Iraqi troops have no appetite for fighting Islamic State. He told CNN the Iraqis "vastly outnumbered" the IS forces but chose to withdraw.
