The National Guard has been deployed to Baltimore after a night of riots. The 5000 troops will join other police officers from across the state of Maryland. The riots broke out during the funeral of a 25-year-old black man, Freddie Gray, who died after he was injured in police custody.
Police in Nepal say the number of those killed in the earthquake has risen above 4,300 - with another 8000 injured.
