A new documentary tells the story of the brutal gang rape and murder of the 23-year-old student in Delhi in 2012. Many protests were held across India following the violent attack. The film-maker, Leslie Udwin said she wanted to tell this story to try and understand why men rape? The film examines the values and mindsets of the rapists. One of them, Mukesh Singh says "a decent girl won't roam around at nine o'clock at night. A girl is far more responsible for rape than a boy." World Have Your Say gathers a group of people in our Delhi bureau to ask have attitudes towards women in India changed since this violent attack?
