Would you freeze your eggs to further your career?

Women working for Facebook and Apple are being offered an additional perk: they can have their eggs frozen. Facebook has been offering the service for its employees in the US since the start of this year. Apple will follow suit from January 2015. Both technology companies say they are keen to attract more women to work for them. Both are covering up to $20,000 for the procedure. Would you want your eggs frozen so you could further your career, or is it an attempt to pressure women into putting off having children until much later in their careers?
